About the role
As a Security Engineer focused on adversarial defence, you build the layered guardrails that protect the platform and its agents, prompt-injection defence, model protection, and MITRE ATLAS-aligned controls encoded in runtime.
This is a Senior role on our Trust & Compliance team, London · Remote.
What you'll do
- Build four-layer guardrails: pattern detection, PII/PHI/PCI redaction, tenant policy, and model-based safety.
- Encode MITRE ATLAS adversarial defences as runtime controls, not assertions.
- Red-team agents and workflows; close the gaps you find.
- Partner with the compliance engine on security-of-AI-usage controls.
What we're looking for
- Security engineering background with an offensive/defensive balance.
- Familiarity with LLM/agent threat models and MITRE ATLAS.
- Hands-on build skills, you ship defences, not reports.
- A healthy adversarial mindset.
