Recruiter
Source and hire the engineers, architects, and delivery professionals who get enterprise AI into production — full-cycle, in-house, no agencies.
Express interest →About Deliverance AI
Deliverance AI is the production AI platform company. We exist because 94% of enterprises fail to scale AI — not for lack of ambition or budget, but for lack of platform, governance, and delivery capability. We close the gap between AI investment and AI production for enterprises across regulated industries including pharma and biotech, financial services, retail, telecommunications, and logistics.
Our proprietary nine-layer platform — built around three core capabilities: Clarity (see everything), Govern (control everything), and Accelerate (ship everything) — is deployed inside customer environments with live workloads running on it from day one. We are not a consultancy that writes strategy decks. We are not a staffing firm that lends contractors. We are an engineering-led company with proprietary platform IP, a growing agent marketplace, and 15+ pre-built AI blueprints that cut months off delivery timelines.
Our engagement model is simple: Assess (4 weeks), Deploy (12–16 weeks), Operate (ongoing). Dedicated engineering pods own delivery end-to-end. Every deployment compounds the platform. Every use case ships faster than the last. Governed, observable, and delivering value from day one.
About the role
This is a full-time, in-house recruiting role — we are building our team ourselves, without agencies. As Deliverance AI's dedicated Recruiter, you will own the entire hiring process across all functions: engineering (ML Engineers, AI Architects, Data Platform Engineers, Managed Services Engineers), delivery (Engagement Leads), commercial (Account Executives, SDRs, Partner leads), marketing, and operations.
The AI talent market is one of the most competitive in the world right now. Every ML engineer and AI architect on the market has multiple offers from well-funded companies. Meanwhile, the delivery professionals who can combine technical depth with enterprise customer engagement are equally scarce. You will need to be creative, persistent, and deeply compelling in how you represent what makes Deliverance AI different: we ship production AI, not strategy decks. We own proprietary platform IP. We work in dedicated engineering pods, not as individual contractors on a client bench. We build governed AI systems for regulated industries. And every engagement makes the platform better.
This is a role where the quality of your work directly shapes the quality of our company — every hire you make changes who we are.
What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across all functions — from defining role requirements with hiring managers through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies that identify exceptional talent for hard-to-fill technical roles — ML Engineers, AI Architects, Data Engineers, and infrastructure engineers who want to build production AI.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for priority roles, proactively engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, AI community events, meetups, and university partnerships.
- Design and continuously improve the interview process — structured interviews, technical assessments, and candidate experience — ensuring it is rigorous, fair, and reflects our engineering-led brand.
- Partner with the Head of HR/People and hiring managers on workforce planning, pod staffing requirements, and hiring timelines aligned to engagement pipeline and business milestones.
- Build Deliverance AI's employer brand through compelling job postings, careers page content, social media presence, and participation in AI and technology community events.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and compliance with UK employment and data protection regulations.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics — time to hire, pipeline conversion rates, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates — using data to continuously improve the process.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant portion spent hiring technical talent (software engineers, ML/AI engineers, data engineers, or similar).
- Demonstrable sourcing skills — you can find, engage, and convert passive candidates who are not actively looking, particularly in the competitive AI and infrastructure engineering market.
- Experience recruiting in a startup or scale-up environment where you managed the full hiring process without relying on external agencies.
- Strong understanding of the UK technology talent market, including compensation benchmarks, visa and sponsorship considerations, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — candidates and hiring managers alike enjoy working with you.
- Organised and process-driven, with experience using ATS platforms and a commitment to data quality and compliance.
- A genuine interest in AI and production engineering — you can have a credible conversation with an ML engineer about why shipping production AI is more exciting than running experiments.
- High agency and resilience — you own your targets, manage your time independently, and do not wait for candidates to come to you.
