About the role
As a Platform Reliability Engineer, you keep the platform dependable across every deployment mode. You own observability, incident response, and the operational bar that lets us ship fast without breaking a customer's regulator relationship.
This is a Senior role on our Platform Engineering team, London · Dublin · Remote.
What you'll do
- Build observability, alerting and SLOs across the platform and customer deployments.
- Lead incident response and drive down toil with automation.
- Harden the platform for sovereign and air-gapped operation.
- Partner with DPEs to operationalise customer environments.
What we're looking for
- Strong SRE/reliability background with production on-call experience.
- Depth in observability, Kubernetes and infrastructure automation.
- Calm, methodical incident leadership.
- Speed-with-control mindset.
