About the role
As a Deployed Platform Engineer, you take the Agentic OS into the customer's environment, hyperscale, sovereign, on-premise or air-gapped, and make it run. You own the technical integration from first connector to production workflows.
This is a Staff role on our Forward-Deployed Engineering team, London · Dublin · Abu Dhabi.
What you'll do
- Deploy and configure the platform inside customer infrastructure across cloud, sovereign and air-gapped modes.
- Build governed connectors into customer data, model and identity systems.
- Get the first production workflows live within the engagement timeline, with telemetry and policy enforced.
- Feed real deployment friction back into the core platform roadmap.
What we're looking for
- Strong infrastructure/platform engineering background (Kubernetes, IaC, cloud and on-prem).
- Experience operating software in regulated or restricted environments.
- Customer-facing composure and the patience for sovereign-cloud and air-gapped constraints.
- Pragmatism, you make it work in production, then make it elegant.
