About the role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you are the single point of accountability for a customer's success on Deliverance. You scope the highest-value workflows, run the forward-deployed engagement, and stay embedded until the outcome is in production and documented in the audit trail.

This is a Senior role on our Forward-Deployed Engineering team, London · Dublin · Remote.

What you'll do

  • Own the engagement plan for each customer, from the production-readiness assessment through to live, governed workflows.
  • Translate business goals into a prioritised workflow roadmap with clear, measurable ROI per workflow.
  • Coordinate the embedded FDE pod (engineering + applied AI) against customer milestones and regulator constraints.
  • Be the trusted advisor to CIO, CISO and business owners; turn delivered outcomes into expansion.

What we're looking for

  • Experience owning complex enterprise delivery or customer success in a technical product or platform context.
  • Fluency in regulated-enterprise constraints, governance, audit, security sign-off.
  • A bias to ship and the willingness to sit with a customer until the workflow is in production.
  • Strong executive communication and the instinct to say no to low-value work.
