About Deliverance AI

Deliverance AI is the production AI platform company. We exist because 94% of enterprises fail to scale AI — not for lack of ambition or budget, but for lack of platform, governance, and delivery capability. We close the gap between AI investment and AI production for enterprises across regulated industries including pharma and biotech, financial services, retail, telecommunications, and logistics.

Our proprietary nine-layer platform — built around three core capabilities: Clarity (see everything), Govern (control everything), and Accelerate (ship everything) — is deployed inside customer environments with live workloads running on it from day one. We are not a consultancy that writes strategy decks. We are not a staffing firm that lends contractors. We are an engineering-led company with proprietary platform IP, a growing agent marketplace, and 15+ pre-built AI blueprints that cut months off delivery timelines.

Our engagement model is simple: Assess (4 weeks), Deploy (12–16 weeks), Operate (ongoing). Dedicated engineering pods own delivery end-to-end. Every deployment compounds the platform. Every use case ships faster than the last. Governed, observable, and delivering value from day one.

About the role

The Business Operations Manager is the connective tissue of Deliverance AI. You will ensure that the moving parts of a fast-growing company — sales processes, delivery workflows, pod resourcing, internal tooling, reporting, and cross-functional coordination — all work together smoothly and measurably.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and impact. In any given week you might be building a pod utilisation dashboard for the leadership team, streamlining the proposal-to-contract process, coordinating an ISO accreditation workstream, managing internal planning cadences, or analysing conversion rates across the Assess → Deploy → Operate lifecycle. You will report to the COO and work closely with every department in the company.

Operational discipline is one of our five brand values, and this role is where it comes to life internally. You will build the systems that let everyone else focus on what they do best — shipping production AI for enterprise customers.

What you will do

  • Design and maintain operational processes across the business — sales operations, delivery pod management, internal reporting, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Build and manage internal tooling and systems (CRM, project management, documentation, communication) that support efficient operations as the team scales.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide visibility into Assessment pipeline, Deployment delivery, pod utilisation, Operate revenue, and financial metrics.
  • Support sales and delivery teams with operational backbone — proposal processes, contract workflows, SOW generation, and commercial coordination.
  • Manage internal planning rhythms including weekly standups, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and OKR tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives such as ISO accreditation programmes, vendor onboarding, partner operational workflows, and internal process improvements.
  • Identify operational risks and inefficiencies proactively, proposing and implementing solutions before they become problems.
  • Support the COO and leadership team with ad-hoc analysis, project management, and strategic initiatives as priorities evolve.

What we are looking for

  • 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy operations, or chief of staff roles at technology companies, consulting firms, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data — comfortable building spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational models that inform decision-making.
  • Experience with operational tooling such as CRM systems, project management platforms (Notion, Asana, Monday), and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping balls.
  • Strong communication skills — you can distil complex operational information into clear summaries for different audiences from engineers to board members.
  • A process-improvement mindset — you see inefficiency as a puzzle to solve and take satisfaction in building systems that are as simple as possible but no simpler.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take ownership of problems that do not have an obvious home in the organisation.
  • An interest in AI and enterprise technology — you do not need a technical background, but you should be curious about the space and motivated by our mission to get AI into production.
