About the role
As a Forward-Deployed Applied AI Engineer, you build the workflows customers actually run. You compose agents and skills, ground them in customer context, wire in governance, and ship them to production alongside the customer.
This is a Staff role on our Forward-Deployed Engineering team, London · Remote.
What you'll do
- Design and build customer-specific agents, skills and multi-agent orchestration on the platform.
- Ground agents in customer knowledge with RAG and the three-tier knowledge architecture.
- Tune routing and cost with SmartRouter; instrument every workflow for telemetry and audit.
- Iterate live with the customer until the workflow meets its quality and governance bar.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience building LLM/agentic applications that reached production.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and prompt/eval discipline.
- Comfort working directly with customers under real constraints.
- A finisher who cares about outcomes, not demos.
